INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLING A HALO MAX® ON A BRAVO

  • 1. Remove black plastic caps, nuts and washers from each lift ramassembly.
  • 2. Spread legs of Shower, align holes in the brackets over the lift ramshaft. Replace nuts and caps.
  • 3. Lean Drive Shower forward and remove bolt and washer from bearingcap.
  • 4. Place spacer (provided) over that hole.
  • 5. Insert bolt (provided) through the top mounting tab, through thespacer and screw the bolt into the bearing cap until snug.
  • 6. Install nuts onto lift ram assemble. DO NOT re-install washers.Tighten nuts and bolt to 30 ft. / lbs.

Additional step for installing a Halo© on a drive with Latham or Imcosteering that attaches to the “Back Inspection Cap”To remove the top left stud from the drive, use a 3/8”-24 nut as a jam nut.Tighten the two nuts together so that you can place a socket over the jamnut and onto the original nut. Loosen both nuts at the same time.
